Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your saree! If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, our delivery partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
Sale items, customized products, and items marked as “Limited Stock” final sale at the time of purchase may not be eligible for return - please check the product page for specific terms.
